By downloading, installing, or using Shoute ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Shoute grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices, subject to the terms of your plan:
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to cloud transcription features. After the trial expires, you may continue with the Free plan (2,000 words/week) or purchase a Pro or Local license for full access.
You agree not to:
Cloud transcription is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability. The App includes a local fallback mode that can be enabled in Settings to provide transcription when the cloud service is unavailable.
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. One-time Local license purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and other factors. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or the accuracy of transcriptions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App's update notes.
